The LSDC charges customers for sewer usage twice per year, for the six-month winter period from October through March and for the six-month summer period from April through September. Bills are based on 100% water usage as reported on your water meter.

Additionally, certain customers who may have directly benefited from a capital improvement project such as a sewer extension will receive a betterment charge which appears on their property tax bill.

The LSDC receives collection for usage bills at our main office at 94 Main Street. Betterment charges are paid along with your property tax bill.
