David Kilbourn - Chairman - term expires 2013
David Kilbourn was first elected in 1967 and has held office every year since except for a short hiatus from 1999 to 2000 when he again was elected to a three year term. Mr. Kilbourn was one of the original founding members of the District working with the Massachusetts Legislature early in 1965 to establish a sewer district to serve the needs of the Town of Lancaster.

Ted Fritsche - Clerk  - term expires 2014
Ted Fritsche was first elected in 1999 at a special election to fill the one remaining year of a three year term. Mr. Fritsche was again elected in 2000 and subsequent years to serve a full three year term. Mr. Fritsche has been an avid proponent of expanding service to those most in need.


Robert Lidstone - Associate Commissioner - term expires 2012
Robert Lidstone was first elected in 1999 to a three year term.  Mr Lidstone has been a primary proponent of the LSDC’s planning efforts spearheading the initiative to develop a Comprehensive Wastewater Management Plan.


Edward Lugenbeal - Treasurer
Mr Lugenbeal was elected in 1998 to a two year term and has won reelection consistently every two years since.  In his capacity as Treasurer Mr. Lugenbeal is responsible for the audit and oversight of all of the District’s monetary activity.  He works with the Commission and staff to develop financial policy, set annual budgets, oversee annual audits, and seek out cost saving opportunities.
