Meetings

The Commission holds open public meetings at 6:00 PM on the second and fourth Wednesday of every month. Any member of the public is free to attend but you must call in advance if you wish to bring any business before the Commission for consideration.

Meetings are held at the District Office at 94 Main Street in Lancaster. 

These meetings are a forum for the Commission to review and discuss the general business of the District, set policy, and meet with customers  and business partners on issues related to the operations of the District.

At least once a year in the Spring, or at other times for special purposes, the District holds a meeting of the voters of the District.  At this meeting, the Voters will act upon a series of articles to establish annual budget collection and expenditures and to elect officials.
